Our Montessori celebrated Bon and Boon Day to help children understand the importance of healthy eating habits. The day focused on differentiating between healthy (Bon) foods and unhealthy (Boon) foods in a simple and engaging manner.

Students were introduced to nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, milk, and nuts, learning how they help the body grow strong and stay active. They also discussed foods like chips, chocolates, and sugary snacks, understanding that these should be consumed occasionally.

Through interactive activities, food-sorting games, and discussions, children gained awareness about making wise food choices. The celebration was a meaningful step toward promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging lifelong good habits among our young learners.
