Our Grade 1 students were taken to the school ground for an engaging Making Shadows Activity under natural sunlight.

Children observed how their shadows appeared on the ground and noticed how the position of the sun affected the size and direction of the shadow. They enjoyed experimenting by stretching, jumping, and changing positions to see how their shadows changed.

This outdoor learning experience helped students understand the concept of light and shadow in a simple and practical way. It encouraged observation, curiosity, and joyful exploration beyond the classroom.
