Engaging Health & Wellness and Journalism Club Sessions

We successfully conducted engaging sessions for both the Health & Wellness Club and the Journalism Club, providing students with opportunities to develop essential life skills, creativity, and confidence.

Health & Wellness Club

The Health & Wellness Club session focused on promoting healthy living, physical fitness, and mental well-being. Students actively participated in yoga poses, balance exercises, plank challenges, and mindfulness activities. Through interactive discussions and practical demonstrations, students learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and developing positive habits for overall well-being.

Journalism Club

The Journalism Club introduced students to the fundamentals of journalism, including the 5W1H framework (Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How), news reporting, and effective communication. Students participated in discussions, reporting activities, and worksheet-based exercises that encouraged critical thinking, observation, and responsible storytelling.

These activities reflect our commitment to nurturing well-rounded learners by fostering health awareness, communication skills, creativity, teamwork, and leadership among students.
