At SKIS International School, we believe that a balanced diet is the cornerstone of academic excellence, physical vitality, and emotional well-being. Through our Balanced Diet Awareness Initiative, students showcased thoughtfully curated meal plates, demonstrating that nutritious food can be both visually appealing and delicious.

Understanding the Calorie Count

Calories are units of energy required for learning, growth and physical activity. A wholesome school lunch generally provides 450–700 kcal depending on age and activity level.
